Therrian Fontenot is a former football player whose path has been shaped by discipline, perseverance, and personal development. Originally from Louisiana and raised in Los Angeles, he discovered a passion for sports early in life and built a strong foundation through athletics. He attended Leuzinger High School, where he stood out on the football field and developed the determination and work ethic that would later define his journey. His success earned him a full scholarship to Fresno State, where he played collegiate football before deciding to leave early in pursuit of a professional career.
Football became a major influence in shaping Therrian’s mindset and character. Years of training, competition, and collaboration taught him the importance of consistency, accountability, and preparation—principles that continue to guide him in all aspects of life.
Today, Therrian is dedicated to fitness, self-improvement, and community impact. He stays active through weightlifting and golf while working to grow his charitable initiative, Help2Others. Through his experiences, he hopes to inspire others to remain focused, push through adversity, and make a positive difference in their own communities.
Therrian’s journey reflects growth, determination, and a commitment to living with purpose.
